Blog designed for Outsmart360. I was briefed to design the blog by adding fun and the culture of the company. So I came up with the idea of characters mostly matching the profile & background of the people at the office trying to reach out for the stars (Concept derived from the Outsmart logo). I used Illustrator for making the characters. Also while designing the characters I had to maintain the simplicity of outsmart designs but with lot of fun. This I achieved by the strong and smooth strokes, filling the characters with subtle natural colors and giving it an unfinished look.
